1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Announcely's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Accounts and Registration

2.1 Account Creation

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.

2.2 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

2.3 Account Types

• Free Accounts: Limited features, subject to usage limits
• Paid Accounts: Full access to all features based on subscription plan
• Trial Accounts: Full access for 14 days, automatically convert to Free if not upgraded

3. Services and Usage

3.1 Service Description

Announcely provides a platform for businesses to communicate updates, announcements, and changelogs to their users through embeddable widgets and notifications.

3.2 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service:

• For any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• To harass, abuse, or harm another person
• To send spam or unsolicited messages
• To interfere with or disrupt the service
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service

3.3 Content Guidelines

You retain ownership of all content you post through our service. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the service.

4. Billing and Payments

4.1 Subscription Plans

We offer several subscription plans with different features and limits. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time.

4.2 Payment Terms

All paid plans require a valid payment method. Payments are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected billing cycle.

4.3 Free Trial

New users receive a 14-day free trial of our Professional plan. No credit card is required during the trial period.

4.4 Refunds

We offer prorated refunds for annual plans canceled within 30 days of purchase. Monthly plans are non-refundable but can be canceled at any time.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service or contact us to delete your account.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Announcely, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the service
• Any content obtained from the service
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
